Affogato


2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 shot espresso coffee

1 shot liqueur (eg Frangelico)



METHOD


Put the two scoops of ice cream in either a brandi or cocktail glass. Place in the centre of an individual serving plate. Put the shot of espresso coffee and shot of liqueur on the same plate.


When eating the Affogato, poor the shot of espresso and shot of liqueur over the ice cream and eat.
