Oil and Garlic (aglio e olio)


1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons finlely chopped parsley

500g spagetti


METHOD


Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and cook gently until golden brown, then add parsley.


Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until tender then drain.

Combine the sauce and pasta then serve.
